At Westminster Law we really do make sure that sound legal advice and affordability go hand in hand. The foundations of our business, whether estate planning or areas of general law, is putting clients’ best interests first.
Wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate
The estate planning service offered by Westminster Law Partners provides a convenient and cost-effective alternative to that offered by high street solicitors. We visit you in the privacy of your own home at a time to suit you and everything is explained in plain English.
Will writing and estate planning is an unregulated business and unfortunately not all practitioners are the same – many are unqualified, uninsured, unaccountable and unethical. However, we at Westminster Law ensure that all Partners are fully qualified Will Writers having passed the written examination of either the Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners or the Institute of Professional Willwriters and so proving knowledge and expertise. Partners must also strictly adhere to the stringent Code of Practice of the Westminster Partnership and have completed relevant Continual Professional Development each year. Furthermore, your Partner is covered with Professional Indemnity Insurance of £2.5 million and Public Liability Insurance of £5 million. Westminster Law provides a first class, competent and ethical service at a reasonable cost.
For your added peace of mind, we are part of a large group of like-minded professionals, and with the solicitors (regulated by the SRA) and barristers (regulated by the Bar Council) of our partnered professional firms are able to offer a comprehensive range of legal services.
